Membership Agreement

This Membership and User Agreement ("Agreement"), TonyShoes ("Company") and www.tonyshoes.com.tr who become a member or shop at the address ("Site") users ("Member") as soon as it is approved electronically.

  • Member (Buyer): www.tonyshoes.com.tr real/legal person who is a member of the address or who shops without being a member.

2) Subject of the Contract

This Agreement regulates the terms of use, rights and obligations of the Member for the purchases to be made through the Site.

3) Membership Terms

  • Membership is free of charge.
  • The information declared while becoming a member must be correct and up-to-date.
  • The Member is responsible for any damages that may arise in case of incorrect information.
  • Persons under 18 years of age cannot be a member of the Site and cannot shop.

4) User Rights and Obligations

  • The Member undertakes to use the Site only for legal purposes.
  • The member is responsible for the security of password and account information.
  • Site content may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

5) Order and Payment

  • The Member is obliged to provide accurate and complete information in the orders placed through the Site.
  • Payment options (credit card, money order/EFT, payment at the door, etc.) are specified on the Site.
  • The sales contract is deemed to be established with the order confirmation.

6) Delivery

  • For delivery conditions Delivery Conditions page is valid.
  • Delivery is made via Yurtiçi Kargo.

  • Member information, Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) in the scope of the programme.

9) Contract Duration

  • The duration of membership is indefinite.
  • The member may terminate his/her membership at any time.

10) Dispute Resolution

  • Istanbul (Başakşehir) Courts and Execution Offices are authorised in disputes that may arise from this contract.
  • Consumers, in case of dispute Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courtscan apply to.

11) Enforcement

The member is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions when he/she approves this agreement electronically while becoming a member of the Site or shopping.

TonyShoes reserves the right to make changes to this agreement when deemed necessary.
