1) Subject
The subject of this contract is the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the product / service ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Site in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
2) Order and Payment
Product prices and payment terms are specified at the time of order.
Payment; credit card, money order / EFT or other methods offered on the Site.
This contract shall be deemed to have been concluded upon confirmation of the order.
For orders of 5000 TL and above, shipping is free of charge; for orders below, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
4) Right of Withdrawal
The consumer, without any justification and without paying any penal clause, from the delivery of the product within 14 days has the right of withdrawal.
For the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused, in resalable condition and with all accessories.
Return and exchange shipping charges belong to the customer.
6) Privacy
Buyer information is protected within the framework of the Privacy and Security Policy.
7) Competent Court
Istanbul Başakşehir Courts and Execution Offices are authorised in case of disputes. The consumer may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in the place where he/she is located.
8) Enforcement
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement when placing an order through the Site.
