Return & Exchange Conditions
This page, TonyShoes ("Company") for online purchases made through return and exchange processes explains. Please read the following conditions carefully before placing an order.
1) General Information
- Return and exchange procedures, Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection is carried out within the scope of the programme.

2) Return Conditions
- Products must be returned unused, with original packaging, labelling, accessories and invoice.

- We do not accept returns of products that have been used, damaged or have lost their resalability.

3) Conditions of Change
- Exchanges are made in line with stock availability.
- It is possible to exchange the same product with a different size / model / colour option.
- If the stock is exhausted, an alternative product is recommended or the return process is initiated.
- Products sent for exchange unused and in resalable condition should be.
4) Right of Withdrawal
- The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without any justification and without penalty.
- In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and sent with all accessories.
5) Return and Exchange Process
- Demand: Your return/exchange request info@tonyshoes.com.tr with your order number.
- Confirmation: Shipping information will be sent to you when your request is approved.

- Control: When the product reaches us, the quality control team examines it.
- Conclusion: When the return is approved, the fee is refunded; when the exchange is approved, the new product is shipped.
6) Fee Refund
- The price of the returned products after the return is approved 7-14 working days will be refunded to you by the method you paid for.
- For bank/money order/EFT payments, the time may vary depending on the processing intensity of the banks.
- Payment at the door service fees are non-refundable.
7) Returns / Exchanges Not Accepted
- Used, washed, damaged or hygienically unsuitable for return (e.g. socks, accessories).
- Products without labelling/packaging.
- Claims over 14 days after delivery.
8) Shipping Charge
- The shipping fee for all return and exchange shipments belongs to the customer.
- Even if the product is faulty or defective, the shipping fee must be paid by the customer.
